Description

One of the aspects that makes Beloved so incredible is the intimacy of the sacred spaces onsite. Your parking pass dictates which camping area you camp and park in. The color-coded map below will help you gain a better understanding of the festival grounds and how each camping location relates to The Stage. If you have any camping questions, please email camping@belovedfestival.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there payment plans available?

A: Yes, we have payment plans availabe through Affirm. Affirm offers clear, simple financing to split your Eventbrite order into 3 or 6 monthly payments. Once you select "Pay by Monthly Payments with Affirm" as your payment method on the Eventbrite checkout page, you'll need to confirm your loan on Affirm. Your tickets will be emailed to you immediately upon checkout. Make sure you pay your Affirm bills on or before your due dates. For more information, see FAQs about Affirm.

Q: How do I change the name on my ticket?
A: You can manage your tickets and parking passes through your Eventbrite account. For more information on changing the name on your tickets, please visit this link. Due to advanced scheduling of massages, our Oasis Weekend Event Pass w/ Showers & Massage is non-transferrable.

Q: How can I get to Beloved?

A: Beloved’s greatest environmental impact comes from our travel to and from the festival. You can significantly reduce this impact by carpooling or using the ecoShuttles. We ask that you carpool with others who plan to camp in the same area as you do. Our rideshare board is a great way to connect with both drivers and riders.

Q: Is camping included with my ticket?
A: All tickets include walk-in camping. If possible, please plan to camp in the same area as the people with whom you ride to the festival based off the parking pass purchased.

Q: Do I have to purchase a parking pass?
A: If you are driving to the festival, you must purchase a parking pass. Please choose the parking pass that corresponds with the area in which you intend to camp, see map above.

Q: Can I purchase a parking pass separately?
A: Yes, you can purchase a parking pass at any time, but please keep in mind that parking passes are limited. If you know you're driving to the festival, we recommend that you purchase your parking pass as soon as you are able.

Q: Is there car camping at Beloved?
A: Yes, car camping is available. Review the details of the Heartwood Hills (formerly The Near Mosque) Car Camping and West Hills Car(Pool) Camping tickets for more information.

Q: Can I bring my RV to Beloved?
A: A very limited amount of oversized vehicles are permitted to park onsite in True North (formerly The Far Mosque). Awnings, tents, or overflow from the vehicle are NOT permitted in this area. No vehicles over 32’ are permitted onsite under any circumstance.

Q: Is Beloved child-friendly?
A: Yes! Children and teens are welcome at Beloved. Our Starseed Village & Teen Outpost is not a child care center; it is a place where children and their parents can play and connect. Children under 11 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Patrons under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult upon arrival.

Q: Are there volunteer opportunities?
A: Yes! Applications are open until 5/31. Please click here to apply.

Beloved respectfully presents sacred music from diverse global traditions; we acknowledge conscious dance music as fitting into the broader context of sacred and healing music. Our goal is to dissolve the boundaries that isolate us through music, dance, and play. We demand of ourselves that, in the pursuit of our goals, we deepen our own connection to, and respect for, the earth and that we educate and inspire participants to do the same.
